The extra care housing scheme, Kirkwood Hall is situated in the market town of Leyburn, North Yorkshire.

NJC Yorkshire where commissioned by RBA Moody Bros Limited (working as a subcontractor), to compose the foundations for this project, comprising of 26 two-bedroom apartments, 7 two-bedroom bungalows and 20 studio apartments.

In addition to foundation work, NJC Yorkshire also provided drainage services, general groundwork and plant hire.
