New office block extension created for IPS Limited on Leyburn industrial estate in North Yorkshire. This consisted of warehouse space and new office block.

NJC Yorkshire where commissioned to provide a new office and warehouse space, consisted of site clearance, groundworks, erect steel portal frame, cladding, brickwork together with a new external car park. 

Completed on time and within budget to a high standard.
